The Reproductive Rights Project is a multi-issue program with a major commitment to preserving and expanding the rights of all Kenyans, but especially the most vulnerable: low-income women and girls who live in informal settlements.
Sexual and reproductive health is important to us all, at all stages of our lives. Yet far too many people are denied their right to sexual and reproductive health. The vast majority are poor women, men and young people in developing countries. Millions of individuals lack access to contraception and to the sexual and reproductive health information and services they need to choose their family size and improve their own and their children’s life chances. Millions more people are living with HIV and sexually transmitted infections that could have been prevented or treated.
