The Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) is a premier Non-Governmental Organization committed to enhancing human rights centered governance at all levels in the society. The Commission takes this earliest opportunity to strongly condemn the violations meted on Dr Wairagala Wakabi- the Executive Director of the Collaboration on International Information and Technology Policy for East and Southern Africa (CIPESA) by Tanzanian immigration authorities on the 25th of April 2019.
